Heading to The Training Centre in Cardiff Were thrilled youre joining us!From the M4 at Newport, head northwest onto the A48M towards Cardiff, then continue onto Eastern Avenue. Take the A4232 ramp to Cardiff Docks, and at the roundabout, go straight on 1st exit onto Southern Way. Keep right along the A4232, then at the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Rover Way. Turn left onto Pengam Road and right onto St Catherines Park youll see us on your right!Safe journey!
